On July 19, 2023, an agreement was signed for the implementation of the investment titled: “Comprehensive thermal modernization of the buildings of the Primary School in Bukwałd and the Primary School in Spręcowo – part No. 1 – Thermal modernization of the School building in Bukwałd” co-financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 under the program: “Environment, Energy and Climate Change”.
The contract provides for investments in the field of construction works, electrical and sanitary installations, including: replacement of the heat source with a heat pump, replacement of the heating installation, connection to a new heat source, insulation of the flat roof and walls, installation of a photovoltaic installation and replacement of internal lighting.
The scope of work is different for each unit and results from the energy audit carried out before the implementation of the project.
The contractor of the works is Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane WITKA Sp. z o. o. from Olsztyn.
